What I particularly like about this photo is the soft transition between areas of shadow and light (as the sun was just emerging from behind the ridge to the left), the blue-and-white palette, and a decent 3-dimensional composition (something I wanted to improve in my photography).

I just had a wonderful week in Glasgow, Scotland, where I visited all or most of the places you must see. It was a treat for me since I live on a very small Island called the Isle of Lewis, so to roam a city is such a lovely change. :) I try to capture the flavour of a place as much as its architecture.
